Start with diagnostics and verify the state before taking corrective action.
Free remains local-only
Check the required unique prefix, Redis connectivity and the writable recovery directory. A missing prefix intentionally disables Redis persistence. A failed recovery bootstrap requires filesystem or operator intervention; do not bypass the recovery guard.
Pro diagnostics
Inspect the WordPress diagnostics and the read-only doctor report. Record the runtime, topology and exact failure before changing configuration. A cleanup preview does not delete data; assess its scope before executing a cleanup.

Refresh your licenses. Check expiry, revocation and whether the operator has published a package. If checksum verification fails, the browser does not save the file. Report the order reference and error text without sharing passwords or license bearer keys.
