Install Pro
Prepare the current candidate, its configuration and the separately managed license connection.
Check compatibility first
The working modernization candidate targets PHP 8.2+ and PhpRedis 6.0+. Relay is optional and checks capabilities at runtime. This candidate has not passed production acceptance; test your exact runtime and workload before deployment.
Use your existing configuration
The cache uses WP_REDIS_CONFIG. Preserve the connection, topology and namespace configuration appropriate to your installation. Review any existing object-cache.php before enabling or replacing it. Use a new, unused prefix when rolling back from the v2 keyspace.
Activate premium access
An operator supplies the fixed Go service configuration and public verification keys. Open Premium access in WordPress administration and explicitly activate/check the installation. License status controls premium updates; cache operations do not call the license service.
