Product name and provenance

The display name for this modified candidate is Object Cache Project. The inherited version 1.25.6 code remains attributed to Rhubarb Tech Inc. and Rhubarb Group. The inherited source now uses concise Object Cache Project headers pointing to THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, which retains the original shared copyright/proprietary notice verbatim. Upstream authorship and the existing proprietary classification remain unchanged. The referenced upstream LICENSE file is absent from this checkout; its original EULA reference is preserved in the centralized notice.

The owner confirmed on October 2, 2026 that upstream reuse rights had been checked and cleared, and authorized these product-facing edits. This records the owner’s confirmation, not an independent legal opinion or a new license grant. Original FREE core files have their own GPL-2.0-or-later license; this does not relicense the inherited proprietary code.

Compatibility retains RedisCachePro PHP namespaces, WP_REDIS_CONFIG, existing filenames, Composer package identity and plugin lookup paths. Existing upstream licensing/update API contracts remain present with vendor requests disabled. The original entitlement/admin/Go service now supplies explicit paid-plugin update authorization; it does not gate cache operations or confer an upstream license. Public commercial operation remains outside the proven private-fixture scope. No public release, deployment or purchase processing is performed by this work.
